What is Reiki?

There are number of benefits to be gained from Reiki:
It will relax you when you are stressed.
It brings about deep relaxation.
It centres your thoughts when you are confused.
It energises you when you are drained
It relieves pain.
It helps change negative conditioning and behaviour.
It release emotion wounds.
It improves health and prevent the development of diseases

How should I prepare for my first treatment?

When coming for you first treatment, I want you to come having an open mind and be positive. The treatment is about 2 hours so you should have already done everything you need to do and come with a clear and calm mind.

What should I expect from my first session?

There are in total 4 sessions and from the first session you may not notice much changes since it depends from person to person. But hopefully you would feel calmness and clarity. Relieved of anxiety and nothing to overthink about.
